is the winner of the Bouzghiba-Awards 2010

Claude de Ribaupierre alias Derib wins the trophy of Bouzghiba-Awards 2010.
Derib was born in august 8th
When he was young, he moved to Brussels, a city known universally as a capital in the field of comics. The Studio Peyo welcomes him and gives him the opportunity to shine artistically. He published a lot of comics drawings. In 1970, the Derib’s comics hero was born . This delightful work has been followed by other achievements as seductive as each other including Buddy Longway and Red Road. The talented Derib participated positively in the famous newspaper Tintin and Lombard’s publishing house.

The Yakari’s album has been translated into 17 languages including German, Indonesian, Portuguese, Chinese, and Arabic.
The “Bouzghgiba-Awards” is an original cultural prize which was launched in 2005 by a Moroccan artist and critic-movie Razak Abderazzak . The creator of Bouzghiba’s avatar . He launched this cultural award in order to encourage humoristic performances around the World. The trophy is representing a painting made by him.

In September 2009, the blog Bouzghiba-Awards powered by Blogger was well ranked by the American start-up in web reputation management Wholinkstome. In 2010 he painted 31 artistic pictures. The exhibit would be shown in next months of 2011.
